Start With the Basics We Need to Price Correctly

To prepare an accurate quotation, we need enough detail to understand what must be made, where it will go and how it will be installed. A single wall sign, a vehicle wrap or a full rollout for several branches all need different materials and labour. Accurate measurements and photos let us come back with useful options.

Please send us the basics with your enquiry: what type of sign or branding you need, the size, the quantity and the address of the site. If you have existing artwork, attach it with the enquiry. If not, we can help with concept work, artwork prep and the practical sizing needed for production.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

When you complete the enquiry form, try to include as much of the following as possible. Even rough details are helpful if you are still comparing options or working from a site sketch.

  • Type of sign, branding or promotional item
  • Approximate width and height in millimetres or metres
  • How many you need for one location or across several branches
  • Site address and suburb, including Hartbeespoort, Pretoria, Centurion, Brits or Tshwane areas
  • Whether the work is indoor, outdoor or on a vehicle
  • Any deadline tied to a launch, opening or campaign roll-out
  • Photos of the wall, vehicle, window or existing sign if available

If you are unsure about measurements, a phone picture with a tape measure in frame can help. For external signage in windy or coastal conditions, the fixing method matters just as much as the face material and finish.

From Site Check to Final Quotation

For many jobs, we start with a site survey so we can check the surface, access and installation requirements. That is especially useful for retail fronts, municipal sites, tall fascia signs and anything that needs drilling into brick, cladding or steel. It also helps us pick the right signage method for the environment and the available fixing points.

Once we have the details, we prepare pricing based on design, fabrication, printing, finishing, installation and any maintenance items if needed. If a permit or landlord approval is likely, we will flag it early so you know what is required before work starts. We work across Hartbeespoort, Pretoria, Centurion, Brits, Akasia, Rosslyn, Soshanguve and surrounding Gauteng areas.

What Affects Sign Pricing

Not every sign costs the same, even when the size looks similar on paper. A panel sign with simple vinyl graphics is priced differently from a backlit box, vehicle wrap or a full store campaign with multiple components. Material choice, print method and installation time all change the final figure.

Some of the main pricing factors are:

  • Size and overall surface area
  • Material type, such as aluminium composite, acrylic, vinyl or steel
  • Printing, cutting or fabrication detail
  • Single installation versus multiple sites
  • Access equipment needed for height or difficult locations
  • Urgency and after-hours installation requirements

If you are comparing options, we can often price a standard version and a longer-life version so you can decide what makes sense for the site and budget.

Artwork, Design and Branding Support

If your artwork is not ready, send the wording, logo files and any brand notes you have. Our in-house team can handle concept and graphic design, then prepare the files for large format printing, vinyl cutting or sign fabrication. This is useful when you need a fresh campaign look or when the existing artwork is too low resolution for clean production.

We also assist with vehicle branding, promotional panels, directional signs and municipal requirements where the layout must be clear and readable from a distance. For multi-site rollouts, we keep the look consistent across all branches while adjusting sizes and mounting details to suit each location.

How to Send Your Quote Request

The easiest way to request pricing is through the enquiry form on our contact page. Add your contact details, site location, a short description of the job and any images or sketches you have. If you are managing more than one branch, list each site separately so we can quote accurately for each location.

Our team will review the information and come back with the next steps. You will hear from Revasha Desai in client services, and if the job needs technical input, Lerato Mthembu, Riaan Odendaal, Ayanda Mavuso, Kagiso Ndlovu or Retief Wessels may assist with the practical side of the quote. For larger work, Hendrik Mokoena oversees the final approach so the scope matches the site and the budget.

Questions we get asked

What details do you need before you can quote?

We need the sign type, size, quantity, site address and any artwork or photos you already have. If you do not have exact measurements yet, send an estimate and we can guide you from there.

Can you quote for more than one branch at once?

Yes. We handle single-site work and multi-branch rollouts across Gauteng, including Pretoria, Centurion, Brits, Hartbeespoort and Tshwane areas. List each site so the pricing is accurate.

Do you help if my sign needs a permit or landlord approval?

We can advise on permit-related requirements and flag issues that may affect approval. If the site is in a managed centre or municipal area, send the rules with your enquiry if you have them.
